The chalet is newly refurbished and situated 850ft above sea level in the Snowdonia National Park . With stunning views, it overlooks the famous Panorama Walk, Mawddach Estuary and Cardigan Bay and faces the Cader Range of Mountains. Just one mile and a lovely walk from Barmouth town and the sea. The surrounding countryside, entirely unspoilt by crowds or commerce, is one of Wales ’ most outstanding areas of natural beauty – ‘where the mountains meet the sea’ - and ideally located for mountain walking and other outdoor activities.

Full use of large hillside garden, picnic table and seats.
The chalet would not be suitable for the disabled as the approach is up some steps.
Sorry NO SMOKING and NO DOGS owing to grazing sheep in surrounding area.
Directions and Parking:
From Barmouth turn off A496 at Lawrenny Lodge up Panorama Road to Panorama Car Park (approx. ¾ mile). Turn immediately sharp left up tarmac road marked ‘Unsuitable for Motor Vehicles’ for approx. ¼ mile to Gwastad Agnes. Parking area is on the left on spare ground by the side of a stone garage. Bryn Annas is above on the right and is approachable on foot through the small gate opposite and up the stone steps or up the road ahead and track off to the right.
Tariff: £325 - £480 pw. Short breaks negotiable.
